The IRSDC invites Proposals (the “Proposals”) for selection of Architect and Technical Consultant (the “Consultant”) for “Preparation of a Technical Feasibility Report and Master Plan for development of the Multi Modal Transportation Hub (MMTH) at Surat (Project). The Technical Feasibility Report and Master Plan document shall include inter alia passenger, traffic and engineering surveys, integrated traffic plan, circulation plan, land plans, master plan for the Station, including architectural concept plan and preliminary design of structures, project facilities in conformity with the TOR (collectively the “Consultancy”). The Technical Feasibility Report and Master Plan should have reference to the Business Plan Report for the station prepared by the separate Financial Consultant appointed by the Authority.
IRSDC intends to select the Consultant for MMTH Surat through an open competitive bidding in accordance with the procedure set out in the RfP.

The consultative process involves stakeholders and the people of India and their inputs might inform the development of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents on each station redevelopment project.
This pre-proposal conference would be of great relevance and interest to international developers, infrastructure firms and financial investors as potential bidders who might be keen to take up this significant opportunity of station redevelopment in India on PPP basis.
Wide publicity of the redevelopment project might be given amongst potential bidders for participating most enthusiastically in the bid process.
