Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)
(Time Required  :  RIYADH-ISSUED PASSPORTS-  ONE WEEK AND IN OTHER CASES, 30 DAYS- SUBJECT TO CLEAR RECORDS AVAILABLE IN THE SYSTEM.

1)

Requirements:-

  •  Application in the Miscellaneous Services Form (Form 2.pdf)
  •   Original Passport (including subsequent additional booklets if any)
  •   Photocopy of inside cover pages and other relevant pages of the passport.
  •   Two passport size photographs.
  •   Letter from Embassy which has asked for Police Clearance Certificate.

In case, the present passport was issued by the Passport Issuing Authority other than Embassy of India, Riyadh (or issued by Riyadh within the last one year), a reference is made to the original/previous passport issuing authority  and may take a few weeks time for the confirmation to be received.  The PCC is issued only after receipt of such confirmation.

Non Resident Indian (NRI) Certificate

  •   Original Passport (including subsequent additional booklets if any)
  •   Photocopy of inside cover pages and other relevant pages of the passport.
  •   Photocopy of passport page showing first arrival in Saudi Arabia.

 Birth Certificate
(Time Required  :  One Working Day)

Requirements for issue of Birth Certificate on the basis of entries in the Passport:-

  •  Application in the Miscellaneous Services Form (Form 2.pdf)
  •   Original Passport (including subsequent additional booklets if any)
  •   Photocopy of inside cover pages and other relevant pages of the passport.

[ Note: Indian Nationals born in Saudi Arabia whose birth was registered with the Embassy, may apply for a duplicate copy of the Birth Certificate on payment of SR 94.  They should provide details of original registration (date and number).]

*Note : An additional Fee of SR 8 (Saudi Riyal Eight) is levied on each Service as contribution towards the Indian Community Welfare Fund (ICWF). Additional Processing Fee of SR 15 (Saudi Riyal Fifteen) for Miscellaneous Services will be charged by M/s VFS Global. All fees are to be paid in Saudi Riyals in Cash at the VFS Counter along with application. Fees once paid are not refunded, even if the application is withdrawn or the service refused for whatsoever reason.

For change of Religion or Profession:-

The passport booklet does not mention the holder's Religion or Profession.  However, on application the Embassy may attest an affidavit of the applicant declaring change of his religion / profession.  Requirements for attestation of Change of Religion / Profession Affidavit may be seen under Attestation of documents.
