Embassy of India, Riyadh has actively participated in the 3-day “Universal Children’s Day” celebrations organized by the Saudi Ministry of Culture & Information at King Fahd Cultural Center, Riyadh from November 19 - 21, 2017.

The Mission set up an Indian stall displaying Books of contemporary writers in English and Arabic languages, Coffee Table Books, Tourism materials and artifacts. Saudi Deputy Minister of Information and Culture H. E Nasser Al Hujelan who graced the concluding session of the celebrations, also visited the Indian stall where Deputy Chief of Mission Dr. Suhel Ajaz Khan received him and presented a set of books on Indian traditions and Culture.

The Mission also participated in the cultural activities with stage performances in the inaugural and concluding functions on 19 & 21 Nov, 2017. Girl students from the International Indian School, Riyadh (IISR) presented scintillating Indian folk and Bollywood dance performances in the central hall which was hugely appreciated by  over 1500 Saudi and foreign audiences.
